I graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Social Work and English Language and Literature from Carleton University. I also hold TEFL and TESOL certifications, which launched my early career in English as a second language (ESL) teaching.​
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a freelance writer, ESL instructor, and college professor, teaching courses in academic and resume writing, psychology, sociology, and professional skills. I’ve also earned a Google Career Certificate in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce and a professional certificate in Career Coaching and Navigation.
